About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at CLI EXPRESS LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Team Management
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
    • Establish clear work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decision-making.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with clients and other company personnel.
    • Answer inquiries from clients and other company personnel in a professional and timely manner.
    • Coordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities, including related details.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Work Environment
