About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Advisor Experience team at Raymond James Financial. As a Senior Marketing Director, Advisor Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the way we help advisors market their practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with advisors and marketing teams to develop solutions and make recommendations that help advisors market their business.
  • Champion best practice, with a digital-first mindset, finding ways to advance our marketing offer and deliver results.
  • Participate in project and program design, considering the bigger picture and future state, to inform and enhance our service model.
  • Break down strategic problems and opportunities, analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations to help our marketing practice deliver value at scale, in personalized, turnkey ways.
  • Monitor and track performance against our service levels, with attention to detail and expectation management, working with the team to manage priorities and resourcing demands.
  • Lead a team focused on enablement, workflow, and quality assurance, with care to their growth and engagement.

Requirements
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, or other relevant programs.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, program, or project management.
  • Preference for experience in the wealth management space, working with advisors.
  • Experience creating and executing a marketing plan that builds awareness and drives leads.
  • Strong sense of design, customer experience, and digital best practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate ideas, present findings, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
  • Customer-centric mindset: deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points with relentless focus on delivering experiences that add value and deliver results.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse teams to align and implement marketing solutions.
  • Experience managing and motivating direct reports.
