As a Strategic Innovation Leader, you will be an integral part of our team, driving growth and innovation in the home comfort solutions industry. With a strong focus on market research and analysis, you will identify new product and category opportunities to propel our business forward.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of the competition and identify emerging trends.
  • Develop and pilot innovative ideas to promote our brand and products, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Manage the Product Innovation process from concept generation to launch, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Support the coordination of annual marketing planning and executive results reporting, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Lead research initiatives, including brand awareness studies, concept testing, and user acceptance testing, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A growth mindset, with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a related marketing field, preferably in the consumer industry.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop long-term plans to drive business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to successfully execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Data analysis skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to inform business decisions.
  • Creativity, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
