Retail Store Manager

Showcase is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Aberdeen Mall. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and profitably, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day store operations and achieve sales targets
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience
- Create a positive and engaging environment for both customers and associates
- Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and sales, including social media and community outreach programs
- Ensure that the store is visually appealing and merchandised to showcase our products effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the District Manager to manage inventory
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in the health, beauty, home, toys, tech, or food industry is a plus
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 yearly
