Childcare Centre Manager

At Sentient HR Services Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Centre Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care and education to children.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the full operation of the childcare centre, including staff supervision, training, and coaching.
- Develop and implement child programming and parent engagement strategies.
- Manage child enrollment, attendance, and records.
- Oversee daily staff attendance and working hours for payroll processing.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a childcare environment.
- 5+ years of experience as a Registered Early Childhood Educator in an integrated setting.
- Experience working with technology, specifically MS Office Suite and database systems.
- John Ambulance certificate in First Aid and Infant and Child CPR Certificate.
- Working knowledge of the Child Care & Early Years Act (CCEYA).
