Childcare Centre Manager

At Sentient HR Services Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Centre Manager to join our team. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to our childcare centre, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the childcare centre, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
- Supervise and support a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in our care.
- Develop and implement programs that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Collaborate with parents and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a childcare environment.
- 5+ years of experience as a Registered Early Childhood Educator, working in an integrated setting with children of different abilities and ages.
- Experience working with technology, specifically with the MS Office Suite of products and database systems.
- John Ambulance certificate in First Aid and Infant and Child CPR Certificate.
- Working knowledge of the Child Care & Early Years Act (CCEYA).
- A satisfactory Vulnerable Screening Police Check.
