Job Title: Business Operations CoordinatorJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and possess a strong understanding of office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed;
  • Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources;
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a smooth workflow;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls, and relay messages to relevant parties;
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts;
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • College or CEGEP education;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
