Job Title: Business Operations CoordinatorJob Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and possess a strong understanding of office procedures and routines.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed;
- Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources;
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a smooth workflow;
- Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls, and relay messages to relevant parties;
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
- College or CEGEP education;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
