Job Title: Vice Principal

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Vice Principal to join our team at Christian Life School.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Principal in the overall management of the school, including teaching, learning, and student welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Principal in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the management of teaching staff, including performance management and professional development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, particularly in areas of academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with other school leaders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong educational background, preferably with a Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Significant experience in teaching and leadership roles, preferably in a Christian school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • A commitment to Christian values and a passion for education.
