Car Wash Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Job Summary:The Car Wash Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that all cleaning staff are properly trained and supervised, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Inspect the car wash facility regularly to ensure that it meets our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the automotive cleaning industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Client-focused and dependable with a strong work ethic.
The Car Wash Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety standards.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Car Wash Supervisor will work 30-40 hours per week, with a regular schedule to be determined.
