Car Wash Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Wash Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Job Summary:The Car Wash Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and addressing customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Car wash environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and a team player.
Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
Language:English is the primary language of communication.
Work Hours:30 to 35 hours per week.
