Car Wash Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Wash Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Job Summary:The Car Wash Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Manage Contracts: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and a team player.
- Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a permanent position and 30-35 hours of work per week.
