Car Wash Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Wash Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Car Wash Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, including training and development programs.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and a team player.
The Car Wash Manager will work in a car wash facility with a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask effectively.
