Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Bartle & Gibson. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming calls and orders
- Work with the quotes team to transition won jobs into orders
- Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and the outside sales team to ensure timely delivery of project materials
- Contact current customers to identify new products and potential up-selling opportunities
- Enter orders into the system and source materials for customers when not in stock
- Maintain knowledge of current products and stay up-to-date on new products
- Provide product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service
- Support Counter Sales and handle returns as required
- Work closely with others to ensure customer needs are met
- Minimum grade 12 education required
- Minimum two years' sales experience (counter sales, inside sales, or outside sales) required
- Post-secondary courses in Electrical preferred
- Skilled in serving and negotiating with institutional and industrial purchasers, electrical contractors, and the public
- Knowledge of the electrical industry or a background in electrical products would be considered an asset
