About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TRUE WAY INSTALLATIONS INC. as a User Support Technician. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other technical support workers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Equipment Setup: Install and configure computer equipment, software, and network systems for employee use.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups and recoveries of web-server data to ensure business continuity.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be accurate, and have a strong client focus.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
