Financial Analyst Job Description

At Generis, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain sales data in Salesforce and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage all financial transactions in Quickbooks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, including sales scorecards and financial statements.
  • Process payroll and benefits, including bi-monthly payroll and monthly sales commission calculations.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and financial forecasting.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA candidate preferred).
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
