Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team at MATRIC SECURITY. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing department operations, and ensuring corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate administrative services to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Manage events and ensure they are executed according to plan
- Work a 30-hour week and communicate effectively in English
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
