About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available for a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist to join our team. As an FP&A specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and optimize financial performance.
  • Design and deliver engaging financial reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, along with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bilingual English/French language skills are also essential.
