Job Title: Head Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Scanway Catering Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks and specialist chefs.
  • Plan and execute menus, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve kitchen goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependability, initiative, and a team player attitude.
