We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Helper to join our team at beBee Professionals in Stratford. As a key member of our construction team, you will assist skilled tradespeople, maintain tools and equipment, and ensure a safe and efficient work site.
Key Responsibilities- Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers on-site, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
- Previous experience in construction is a plus, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials, ensuring the safe handling of equipment and materials.
