Logibec is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer support team and drive exceptional results. As a Director of Client Support, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's efforts to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that our support commitments are met, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the customer support team to provide exceptional services to clients
  • Develop and implement best practices in customer service and continuous improvement
  • Represent the Customer Experience team in management meetings and foster strong inter-team collaboration
  • Establish and monitor performance indicators to determine the achievement of objectives and opportunities for improvement
  • Guide and support the team in standardizing processes across all customer service teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, information technology, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in people management and customer support for B2B software solutions
  • Experience in best practices and implementation of customer service tools
  • Knowledge of key performance indicators for technical support and customer service
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Bilingualism (fluent French) as the candidate will be working with documentation in French and English
