We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Developer to join our team at WSP. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, leveraging your expertise in designing and delivering consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform, working closely with the development team to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Responsible for leveraging knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end methodologies within ServiceNow, including architecting technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and organizing and prioritizing development effort.
  • Develop custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies, such as HTML5, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and Angular.js.
  • Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls, maintaining high levels of security and compliance.
  • Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs, enhancing data exchange and workflow efficiency.
  • Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities to stakeholders, driving business value and innovation.
  • Design, configure, develop, and test on the ServiceNow platform, covering areas such as CSM, Service Request, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
  • Support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow installation, including managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • No less than 10 years of software development experience, with a strong background in ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and Angular.js, with ability to build reports, dashboards, and homepages using ServiceNow or similar technologies.
  • Administration of a ServiceNow instance, including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through REST APIs, driving data exchange and workflow efficiency.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow Studio IDE and Workflow Editor, ensuring seamless configuration and customization of workflows.
  • ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
