We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest quality standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety protocols.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and a high level of productivity.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
