About the Role:

As a Poolside Massage Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering personalized, high-quality massage treatments in a serene and picturesque setting. You'll work closely with our Spa Director to create a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, while also maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer personalized, quality massage treatments at the pool.
  • Provide guests with personal, gracious, and professional service, attentive to their individual wants and needs.
  • Offer thorough knowledge of the treatments, fitness, and recreational services offered at the Spa and Resort.
  • Collaborate with the Spa Director to create the best possible spa menu for our guests.
  • Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organization for the Spa and Pool.
  • Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the spa, including appointment procedures, clean-up procedures, menu of services, and amenities.
  • Promote all the other programs offered by the spa, encouraging guests to experience the numerous other massages and packages available.

Requirements:

  • Must carry all appropriate licenses and insurance.
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in Canada.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
  • Ability to work outside in all temperatures.

Schedule & Hours:

This role is a full-time seasonal position, from mid-June to mid-September. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service team to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
