About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our team at Tangerine Bank. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall success of our Human Resources activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the Bank's business objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to senior leaders on talent and HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify and address talent needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Ensure compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Champion a customer-focused culture and deepen client relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably with a focus on business or human resources.
  • CHRP, CHRL, or other HR designation, or in progress.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to strategically influence and persuade senior leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
