ÅıÌıÌdlı̨ı̨ KųÌÄÌFirst Nation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Services Manager to join our team. This critical role reports directly to the Chief and plays a vital part in overseeing the delivery of programs and services across Northern Canada.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can provide strategic leadership, management, and direction to ensure the effective delivery of services to our membership and clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in program management, budgeting, and financial planning.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including community members, partners, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets to support the growth and development of ÅıÌıÌdlı̨ı̨ KųÌÄÌFirst Nation.
  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality programs and services to our membership and clients.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify gaps in program delivery and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management, financial planning, and budgeting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous pension plan.
