Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical/Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Northern Health. As a key member of our Pharmacy department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that involves working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality pharmacy services to patients in Northern Health. You will be responsible for monitoring drug prescribing, distribution, and therapy to ensure safe, effective, and rational use of medications.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of hospital pharmacy practice and excellent communication skills. They will also possess a high level of technical knowledge and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy and current licensure with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
  • Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or a combination of at least one year of hospital experience and advanced education courses.

Salary and Benefits
