Residential Financing Leader

As a Residential Financing Leader at National Bank, you will have the opportunity to shape and position residential financing solutions. With your advisory-focused leadership, residential financing expertise, and global vision, you will be able to positively impact our organization.

Your Role:
  • Influence and Collaboration: Work in synergy and partnership with colleagues from other business lines to engage clients with solutions that go beyond residential financing.
  • Inspiring Leadership: Adopt a strong and inspiring leadership approach, building, aligning, coaching, and mobilizing high-performing teams.
  • Creativity and Market Opportunities: Proactively search for market opportunities to drive Residential Financing's transformation and evolution.
Your Team:

As a Residential Financing Leader, you will lead a team of over 680 people, including 4 direct reports, and report to the Senior Vice-President, Personal Banking.

Prerequisites:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least ten years' experience in residential financing OR a master's degree in a related field and at least eight years' experience in the same field.
  • Sound knowledge of the Canadian residential financing market.
  • Demonstrated strategic vision.
  • Pragmatic and inspiring leader committed to promoting and influencing the Bank's culture of innovation and performance.
  • Impactful communicator who can share the vision.
  • Able to coach and develop talent.
  • Able to build relationships, play an influential leadership role, and motivate people to collaborate with all our partners.
Languages:

English, French
