About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Financing Leader to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Personal Banking sector, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and influence the development of residential financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop innovative residential financing solutions.
  • Lead a high-performing team of over 680 professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least ten years' experience in residential financing, or a master's degree in a related field and at least eight years' experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the Canadian residential financing market.
  • Demonstrated strategic vision and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
