Senior Director Cybersecurity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Cybersecurity to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value services to the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a business services roadmap using the Safe Agile methodology.
- Oversee the delivery of end-to-end business services, including monitoring processes and producing progress and risk indicators.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Lead a team of IT experts in an agile, proactive, and collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a cybersecurity operational or delivery environment.
- Experience in personnel management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of user experience concepts, metrics, and adoption.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
