We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Accounts Supervisor to join our team at FIRST CLASS REALTY INC.
Job Summary:The Customer Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Identify workers' training needs
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Conduct performance reviews
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliability and team player
