Customer Accounts Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Accounts Supervisor to join our team at FIRST CLASS REALTY INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer accounts department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Identify workers' training needs
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Conduct performance reviews
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
The Customer Accounts Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a team setting.
