About the Opportunity:
The Access 24/7 Program offers comprehensive addiction and mental health services to Edmonton residents and surrounding areas. Our team of professionals provides system navigation, screening, assessment, referral, consultation, crisis intervention, and community outreach. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-based care that meets the unique needs of each client.
Responsibilities:
You will perform psychosocial interventions using various treatment modalities to address significant mental health challenges. This will involve working independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-informed crisis intervention, assessment, consultation, referral, and treatment. Your expertise will be essential in developing individualized treatment plans and supporting clients through their recovery journey.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field, such as Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing. Additionally, you must be registered or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
