We are a dynamic company seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Arranging and Coordinating Events: Scheduling and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events as required by the management team.
  • Minute Taking: Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences in a timely manner.
  • Office Procedures: Determining and establishing office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Scheduling and confirming appointments for senior management team members.
  • Communications: Answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compiling data, statistics, and other information as required by the management team.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arranging travel, itineraries, and making reservations as needed.
  • Reception Duties: Greeting visitors and directing them to the relevant contact or service area.
  • Documentation: Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents in a timely manner.

Work Environment: This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
