We are seeking a skilled Import Export Specialist to join our team at Bora Pharmaceuticals. As an Import Export Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating international trade operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and building strong relationships with customers and logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Liaise with external customers daily on the coordination of outbound orders for pick up
  • Site lead with our logistics service provider to resolve any issues for inbound shipments
  • Primary contact with the Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA) resolving customs issues
  • Drives compliance requirements related to the CBSA for imports
  • Coordinates and load balances inbound receipts and schedules deliveries
  • Manage Dangerous Goods classification process for outbound shipments
  • Coordinates meetings with customer logistics service providers
  • Audit, code, and process freight invoices
  • Become proficient in SAP's Sales & Distribution module

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in import/export coordination
  • Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certificates needed for all 3 modes of transport
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills to drive to root cause
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships
  • Sound judgment when making decisions
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and SAP (MERP)

Education:

  • College Graduate
  • CITT Certification
