Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, preparing quotations, and arranging pre-carriage for air and ocean exports. You will also obtain necessary documentation to prevent errors with the export shipment and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients to understand their export requirements and preferences.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for air and ocean exports.
  • Arrange pre-carriage and ensure smooth delivery of export shipments.
  • Obtain necessary documentation, including CERS/B13A, to prevent errors with the export shipment.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in general forwarding or marine transportation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is a must.
