Job Title: Retail Store SupervisorThis role is a key part of our store operations, responsible for making important decisions that directly impact the success of our store every day. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will continuously develop and empower your team members to achieve our business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Make decisions that impact store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
