Retail Store Manager

SHRI HARI PETROLEUM INC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on excellent customer service and sales growth.
Language:English.
Hours:35 hours per week.
