Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our retail team at beBee Professionals in Welland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
- Merchandising and Promotions: Assist with visual merchandising, promotional activities, and sales initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Leadership Experience: Previous retail management or supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Customer Service: Strong leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Operational Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
