Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Paradise Cannabis. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Authorize Payments: Process payments and manage cash handling procedures to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges to maintain a positive store environment.
  • Organize Inventory: Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Lead and motivate sales team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Cash: Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and reconcile cash discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
