We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Liaison to join our team at Wright 1 Care Inc. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, managing databases, and maintaining records.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in human resources, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for managing personnel information databases, maintaining registration systems, and preparing staff relations information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Manage personnel information database, maintain registration systems, records, and files.
  • Communication: Prepare staff relations information, provide basic information to clients and the public, and arrange for in-house and external staff training.
  • Recruitment: Screen job applicants, prepare reports, and arrange for advertising and posting of job vacancies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in human resources.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Skills: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
