**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee our roofing operations at All Seasons Roofing (2001) LTD.

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 personnel, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and coordinating activities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Train or arrange for training to upskill employees.
  • Set up machines and equipment as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.

**Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Steel-toed safety boots required.
