Property Administrator | Asset Management Expert

As a key member of the Globe Facilities Services Ltd. team, this Property Administrator role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property management division. This includes supervising a team of support staff, ensuring timely and efficient task completion, and maintaining detailed records of operating expenses and income.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and lead a team of 5-10 support staff to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Repair Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operating expenses and income to inform business decisions.
