Facilities Operations Manager

Suncorp Developments Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect sites or facilities to identify any potential safety hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Prepare budget estimates for cleaning services and monitor expenses to ensure they align with our company's financial goals.
- Recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of equipment.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
