As we enter a new phase of expansion, we're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. This hands-on role requires someone who knows what needs to get done and takes care of it. As Product Manager, you'll unite all aspects of our platform under a single vision, navigating technical and innovation challenges while balancing business needs with customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional product development squads composed of engineers and product designers.
  • Engage with customers to identify priority products and features.
  • Analyze product analytics to inform product vision and roadmap.
  • Contribute to product specifications to define feature and functionality requirements.
  • Help ship new product features through user story creation, feature concepts, and product requirement documents.
  • Coordinate planning, building, releasing, and testing features across engineering, design, and operations teams.
  • Become an expert on the competitive ecommerce ecosystem and Noibu's platform through market research and customer discovery.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to test and grow adoption of new concepts.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a product manager.
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to support stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience driving product roadmaps for core software products.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business.
  • Able to figure out solutions to hard problems with sound judgment and data-informed narratives.
  • Experience engaging with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a collaborative relationship.
  • Bonus points for e-commerce or high-growth startup experience.
