- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality game features, raising the performance bar through effective management and motivation.
- Leverage data to gain insights, validate hypotheses, and accurately forecast the impact of new features on player behavior and revenue.
- Improve operational practices through scalable agile methodologies, ensuring efficient pre-production and production processes.
- Establish and disseminate best practices across teams, mentoring new Product Owners to foster a culture of excellence.
