Job Description

You'll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch optimizations. This includes working closely with our founders to develop and refine the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization. Your role will involve understanding user challenges and working closely with our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization in collaboration with our founders.
  2. Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment among engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
  4. Product Feedback and Prioritization: Organize and prioritize product feedback, bugs, and ideas into a product backlog.
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze product data to understand customer needs and inform product decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product management or related roles in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong technical background enabling you to convey product requirements to engineers and relay complicated details to non-technical colleagues and customers.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguity with a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • A proven track record of shipping product experiences that drive key business metrics.
  • A curiosity for the data and AI spaces to better understand customers and their challenges.
