The Product Visionary Lead plays a key role in driving the success of TD's products, working closely with senior management to deliver customer-focused product increments. This role involves partnering with management to develop and execute a product vision, creating and maintaining a product backlog, and prioritizing user stories to maximize value. The successful candidate will be able to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions to enhance the customer or end-user product experience.
The Product Visionary Lead will also be responsible for participating in scrum events, expressing new ideas for improving product value or delivery efficiency, and proactively engaging established business process partners to ensure customers or end-users are prepared for application changes.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with management to support the delivery of a product vision for the Model Risk Management Governance Environment (MRMGE) application.
- Create and maintain a product backlog, continuously re-prioritizing user stories that will provide the most customer or end-user value.
- Review performance analytics, recommend strategies to enhance the customer or end-user product experience.
- Participate in scrum events, express new ideas for improving product value or delivery efficiency.
- Proactively engage established business process partners to ensure customers or end-users are prepared for application changes.
