Job Description
As a Precision Calibration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and functionality of a wide range of test equipment, including pressure, temperature, electrical, torque, and dimensional tools. Your tasks will include calibrating and troubleshooting instrumentation equipment, creating and verifying calibration data sheets, and maintaining a quick turnaround on tasks to meet customer delivery expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate and troubleshoot various instrumentation equipment, including pressure, temperature, electrical, torque, and dimensional tools.
- Create and verify calibration data sheets to meet technical specifications.
- Maintain a quick turnaround on tasks to meet customer delivery expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience in instrumentation, mechanics, calibration, or electronics repair. You should possess practical understanding of electronics and mechanics, solid mathematical skills, and proficiency in computer software, particularly Microsoft Office. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in a lab environment and have excellent problem-solving skills.

You will work with a variety of equipment, including Fluke meters, Megger insulation testers, AEMC ductors, Crystal pressure gauges, BW gas detectors, Proto torque wrenches, Omicron relay testers, Vanguard CT testers, HV Inc hi-pots, digital calipers, gauge blocks, and more.
