Electronics Calibration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Calibration Technician to join our team at Datrend Systems Inc. in Richmond, BC.

Job DescriptionThis is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) with a competitive salary range of $39,520 – $43,680.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble Biomedical Test Systems using pre-built sub-assemblies to meet production requirements.
- Perform testing and calibration of completed systems ensuring compliance with company operating procedures.
- Detect and report process discrepancies, addressing non-conformances to maintain quality standards.
- Understand basic electronics, such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, etc., to ensure system functionality.
- Read and interpret basic circuit diagrams for troubleshooting and system assembly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate/Diploma in electronics, electrical assembly or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
- Knowledge of general safety protocols and practices.
- Excellent manual dexterity for handling precision tasks.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
