Kitchen Assistant

Elyon African Kitchen is seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring all dishes, flatware, and other items are clean and sanitized
- Setting tables and replenishing condiments and supplies
- Stocking refrigerators and salad bars
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, appliances, and equipment
- Handling and storing cleaning products
- Receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies
- Removing kitchen garbage and trash
- Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
- Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit
As a Kitchen Assistant at Elyon African Kitchen, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
